They are very thin, puffy and crunchy sheets goldened in oil, obtained only from the best 100% Sardinian semolina. 1. Lightness Cuscinetti Croccanti are baked in the oven and only then goldened in high oleic sunflower oil. For this they have only 10% fat, of which only 1.2% are saturated.

2. Short and natural list of ingredients Made only with semolina, water, yeast and salt, Cuscinetti Croccanti have a very small list of ingredients. Furthermore, being free of lactose and animal fats, they are also suitable for vegan people.
